Hip & Lower Limb Pain

Great swings are built from the ground up. Pain in your hips, knees, or ankles kills your base, your balance, and your power.

The Power Generators

Your lower body is the engine of the golf swing. It has to stabilize massive rotational forces while providing a solid platform. If a joint is stuck or unstable, that force has to go somewhere—usually damaging tissue.

Key Areas of Breakdown

Hip Impingement (FAI)

A "pinching" sensation in the front of the hip, often limiting internal rotation during the backswing or follow-through.

Knee Pain (Meniscus)

The knee is a hinge, not a swivel. If your hips don't rotate, the torque is transferred to the knee, risking tears.

Foot & Ankle Stability

Poor balance or rigid ankles prevent proper weight shift, killing power and causing swaying.

Build Your Base

We restore function to the lower limb chain to create a powerful, pain-free foundation.

  • Unlock the Hips: We use soft tissue work and mobility drills to restore internal rotation, taking pressure off the knees and back.
  • Ground Reaction Force: We teach you how to use the ground properly—pushing, not just spinning.
  • Unilateral Strength: Single-leg exercises expose and fix imbalances between your left and right side.
