Golf Performance & Injury Assessments

We help golfers move better, swing better, and stay pain‑free through a fully integrated clinic, gym, and simulator performance system.

Understand Your Pain

Pain isn't normal. Click below to learn how your swing mechanics could be causing your injury.

🪵 Lower Back Pain

The #1 injury in golf, often caused by Reverse Spine Angle and poor core stability. If your hips or mid-back are stiff, your lumbar spine is forced to twist, leading to pain.

💪 Golfer's Elbow

Medial Epicondylitis creates pain on the inside of the elbow. It limits power and release, often caused by "casting", grip pressure issues, or improper equipment.

🦾 Shoulder Pain

The shoulder is highly mobile and unstable. Issues often arise from lead arm strain or impingement due to lack of thoracic mobility or scapular stability.

🖐️ Hand & Wrist Pain

Your only connection to the club. Pain often stems from impact trauma ("fat" shots), overuse, or grip issues that destroy feel and control.

🦵 Hip & Lower Limb Pain

The lower body is your power generator. Pain in hips, knees, or ankles kills your base and balance, often due to lack of rotation or stability.

What Makes Us Different

Explore Our Assessments

Choose the path that matches your goals. Whether you are in pain or looking for peak performance, we have a specialised process for you.

Phase 1

Pre-Assessment Phase

Intake & Screening: Online initial screen followed by in-person consultation covering injury history, symptoms, and goals.

Objective Medical Screening: Performed by a physiotherapist. Includes:

  • Biomechanics screening.
  • Joint Range of Motion (ROM)
  • Functional movement screening
  • Special tests – relating to injury
  • Strength testing
Phase 2

Swing-Movement Correlation

Clinician to assess movements in the context of the golf swing in the simulator to identify:

  • Physical limitations affecting swing (e.g., limited rotation causing early extension)
  • Swing mechanics contributing to injury (e.g. review of sequencing pattern to help suggest changes to be made by a golf coach)
Outcome: A clear map linking body function ↔ swing performance ↔ injury risk.
Phase 3

Report, Treatment & Coaching

Injury Management: Manual therapy, pain management, and rehab exercises.

Technical Coaching: Integrating physical improvements into the swing (Setup adjustments, Pressure shift, Low point control).

Step 1

Golf-Specific Biomechanical Evaluation (Simulator)

Baseline Swing Assessment using high-speed cameras and launch monitor.

  • Club path, face angle, attack angle
  • Swing speed & efficiency metrics
  • Low point control & Ball flight
  • Pressure shift & ground force
Step 2

Physical Performance Testing (Gym)

Comprehensive testing of your body's capabilities.

  • Power: Vertical jump, Med-ball throw
  • Strength: Grip, Hip rotation, Single-leg
  • Mobility: Thoracic, Hip, Shoulder
  • Stability: Balance, Pelvic control
Outcome: Performance profile showing your position in the mobility → speed continuum.
Step 3

Report & Training Plan

A Performance Report with a priority list from Mobility to Speed.

Training: Individualised Strength & Conditioning program (Mobility, Strength, Power, Speed blocks).

Technical Coaching: Work with a coach to transfer physical gains into swing speed and consistency.
